Payment, Pricing, and Promotions
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENTS AND APPLICABLE TAXES
DPPI accepts payment in the form of American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discover issued credit cards. When a credit card is used, DPPI may obtain preapproval for an amount up to the amount of the order. Billing occurs at the time of or shortly after your transaction. You are only permitted to use one credit card when completing purchases. Call 615-834-0066 if you need to use more than one credit card to complete your purchase.
You agree that you will pay for all products you purchase through DPPI and that DPPI may charge your credit card for any products purchased and for any additional amounts (including any taxes and fees, as applicable) that may be accrued by or in connection with your account. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIMELY PAYMENT OF ALL FEES AND FOR PROVIDING DPPI WITH A VALID CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT DETAILS FOR PAYMENT OF ALL FEES. All fees will be billed to the credit card account you designate.
Your total price will include the price of the product plus any applicable sales tax; such sales tax is based on the bill-to address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time you purchase the product. We will charge tax only in states where purchased products are taxable.
PRICING AND QUANTITY CHANGES
Prices for products may change at any time without notice. DPPI does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering. DPPI reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for any product.
DPPI reserves the right to change product availability (including the availability of particular features and accessories) without notice. DPPI is not responsible for typographic or pricing errors.
If a product becomes unavailable following a transaction but prior to shipping, your sole remedy is a refund. If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of your product, your exclusive and sole remedy is either replacement or refund of the price paid, as determined by DPPI.
MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE
DPPI strictly adheres to all of our manufacturers’ Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies. This allows DPPI to remain in good standing with all of the manufacturers whose products we sell. Be aware some manufacturers consider vendors who do not adhere to that manufacturer’s MAP policy to be unauthorized dealers, and that purchasing products from these unauthorized dealers may disqualify you for any warranties offered by that manufacturer.
CORE CHARGES
All core charge fees will be refunded within typical normal time frames after the receipt of the core, at the DPPI location or the specific Manufacturers location based on the individual Manufactures core return delivery policy. All cores must be 100% “Like for Like” and “Part Number for Part Number” in the original box with all required paperwork completed. Core charges will be refunded partially or in full when the DPPI core inspector has verified the condition of the product with the associated core charge.
Some or all of the core charges may not be refunded if the core shows signs of damage and/or tampering. Possible signs of damage and/or tampering include dents, breakage, burns, and water damage, missing parts or accessories, evidence of disassembly, or other reasons as determined by the DPPI core inspector. You will be notified of the final determination of the DPPI core inspector.
All cores are to be returned within 30 days, DPPI reserves the right to refuse any cores after this 30 day period.
PRE-ORDERS
By pre-ordering products, you are authorizing the DPPI website to automatically charge your account and deliver the product when it becomes available. You may cancel your pre-order prior to the time the item becomes available.
